Websites are created for lots of reasons, and the most popular in recent years is the weblog, or "blog". This is a great way for individuals and even companies to share their ideas, experiences, products - you name it - in a simple to create and easy to read format.

This seemed like a good idea to us, so started experimenting with the concept a few years back.  We have had several blogs,  but the primary one now is TravelNotes, the blog associated with our travel site.  We update it occasionally - more regularly while we are travelling.  We hope that you may will find some of our accounts interesting and visit from time to time.

Blogs are just so easy to use that we do plan to continue to post and see which ones fall out as the most important. We have lots of other blogging ideas, but right now we're pretty busy with our business development activities, so they will probably have to wait for awhile.

In fact, we heartily recommend blogs for anyone with ideas to share or just wanting to try their hand out on the internet. How do you get started? Simple - there are lots of blogging sites out there, and most are free. We keep trying new ones just because we like to see what's happening out there, but probably the best (at least the one we keep coming back to) is Blogger.com. At this site you can actually be online in about 3 minutes, and you can be as basic or detailed as you want. It's a good site - give it a try!
