Lots of new stuff going on in the VoIP space, and there's lots more to come. As an example, Packet8 had just expanded their offering to provide a much better web interface with more options and a nicer look and feel. Lingo is beginning to lag behind due to their slow implementation of E911. And Vonage, the most successful of the VoIP companies by far, seems to be breaking down a bit on the edges due to unexplained technical difficulties.
